1. Scope and operator

Website templates, custom software and website development, related maintenance, and account, order, payment and support features.

The operator is JiaMu Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. Related branding is not authorisation to reuse information freely: data for different tenants, products and purposes must be managed separately.

2. Information and purposes

Account and authorised sign-in details, template and service selections, quotations and project requirements, order amounts and currencies, payment status and transaction references, project files and support correspondence. Enter payment credentials only in the actual payment provider’s protected flow, never in support messages.

Information is used for selected features, agreed orders, authentication, necessary security and support, not unrelated collection merely for browsing. Declining optional information should not affect unrelated features; a feature may not work without the information it genuinely needs.

3. Sign-in authorisation and third parties

External sign-in must use only permissions shown in its authorisation screen. Changed permissions or new purposes require further notice and appropriate authorisation. You can revoke access with the provider; revocation does not itself delete your platform account or records retained lawfully.

Payment, shipping and technical services may receive only information necessary for their role, subject to applicable legal requirements. Independent providers may have their own terms. This page is not blanket consent for unspecified recipients, processing locations or sensitive-data sharing; processing requiring a separate notice needs specific disclosure beforehand.

4. Retention, security and international processing

Retention must be limited to the shortest period needed for each purpose. Contractual, financial, security-audit or legally required retention needs a corresponding basis. When a purpose ends, an account is closed or deletion is requested, deletion or anonymisation must be assessed; necessary retained records must have restricted uses and an explained reason.

Appropriate access, transmission and storage safeguards are required. International access to a website is not authorisation for an international data transfer. Actual transfers require verification of processing locations, recipients, applicable law and necessary procedures. No security measure guarantees zero risk; report suspected disclosure or misuse promptly.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or account closure, and object or complain about processing of your information, subject to applicable law and necessary retention obligations. If no self-service option is available, use the contact email on this page. Verification must be proportionate to the risk and must not require unrelated information.

Where minors are involved, obtain guardian authorisation as required by applicable law and limit collection and use. Do not email full health reports, patient files, passwords, verification codes or bank details. First identify the product and request type so support can arrange appropriate verification.
