1. Operator and brand

This page covers JumHub, operated by JiaMu Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.. Branding, domain names and individual suppliers are not the same legal concept. Supplier responsibilities and the contracting party for a transaction depend on the party expressly identified in its order or agreement.

2. Intellectual property

Website content, marks and software belong to their lawful rights holders. Do not copy restricted material, impersonate a brand or distribute restricted source code without permission. Hosting user content does not transfer ownership. Templates, fonts, images and open-source components retain their own licences; a purchase does not automatically grant exclusivity or unlimited sublicensing.

3. Information, external links and assisted outputs

Check template demonstrations, licence scope, term, package and available features before ordering. A demonstration does not include custom changes or every third-party feature. Custom development and maintenance follow the agreed requirements, quotation, milestones and acceptance criteria. Verify the actual order amount, currency and channel before paying; interface language does not change an order’s currency.

A reference to an external page is not a platform guarantee. Assisted generation, translation, organisation and assessment outputs require review by users or appropriate professionals; do not treat them as unverified facts, certifications or guaranteed outcomes.

4. Rights complaints and policy versions

For a rights complaint, identify the product, page or content reference, basis of your right and necessary evidence, excluding unrelated personal data. Material policy changes need a clear scope notice. Replacing a static page does not obtain renewed consent or separate authorisation where required. A version date is not proof that you accepted the document or that it has formally taken effect.
